Our Founder
 
Our team is lead by Simone Williams who has nearly 25 years experience working in senior management and leadership roles for a number of corporations. Her experience includes projects within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), B2B and B2C marketing environments, across a broad range of industries, locally and globally. 
 
Simone has a Masters Degree in Strategic Marketing from Curtin University and a MBA from the Graduate School of Business.  She is currently looking to pursue a PhD focusing on customer services.
 
She has qualified as a Certified Practicing Marketer with the Australian Marketing Association (CPM, AFAMI) is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD), an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (AFAIM) and Member of the Australian Market & Social Research Society (MAMSRS) and Executive Member of the Marketing Association of Australia & New Zealand  (MMA).  
 
As part of her on-going commitment to the marketing profession and to remain at the fore-front of her field, Simone also teaches Marketing of Services at Curtin University and Strategic Marketing Management  and Marketing Research at Murdoch University.
